Planning Commission
The Town is seeking an individual to serve as an alternate on the Planning Commission!
The Planning Commission serves as a decision-making body and as an advisory board for the Mayor & Board of Commissioners. The alternate member will serve when a regular member is absent or otherwise unable to attend. In such cases, the alternate member will make decisions on a variety of applications that typically involves subdivisions (preliminary & final plats), forest stand delineation plans, forest conservation plans, improvement plats, site plans, zoning map and text amendments, and comprehensive plan updates.
· All members of the Planning Commission must reside within the Town limits
· Members are appointed by the Mayor with consent of the Commissioners
· Term lasts for 5 years.
· Most meetings are held on the last Monday of the month.

Mowing by State Highway Administration
On Thursday 5/9/24 between 8am - 3pm State Highway Administration will be mowing on North Seton Ave between DePaul St and Saint Joseph's Lane. There will be no parking allowed during that timeframe. Thank you
