The HACF stands as one of Frederick’s largest non-profit affordable housing developers. We work to forge affordable, stable, and sustainable communities that bridge housing gaps.
Community
The Bernard W. Brown Community Center has a large community room and conference room available for rent. It’s perfect for business or personal events.
