I want to provide the following feedback for the outstanding work performed on our patio and pavilion project by Pete and his crew.

We started project planning last fall and solicited several quotes for a new patio. Our first was from Frederick Landscaping, we received others but we felt the quote we got from Pete was the only one that met all of our requirements at a competitive price from an established company.

Our project had a unique requirement, we hired a third party company to build and install a pavilion on the patio. Since the pavilion is factory built and then assembled on site while the patio is also being built, it required coordination of both schedules and site preparation. Pete was great to work with, he and his team executed site requirements (integrated footers to meet pavilion specifications, electric cable run, schedule coordination) flawlessly. In fact when the pavilion was installed, one of the installers commented that the footers that Pete and his team created were all level, something he apparently rarely sees.

We sincerely appreciate the quality work that was performed. Before construction started Pete talked to us face to face on multiple occasions to ensure we were on the same page with plans, materials, and requirements. During the whole process all of our questions were clearly answered. As we made changes, Pete patiently worked with us, made several valuable suggestions to help guide us in our decision making and kept us informed.

During the construction phase we talked to Pete daily. He and his crew were very impressive, they answered all of our questions, worked very efficiently, and were very respectful and professional. The end result is a beautifully crafted retaining wall, patio, and sidewalk that we are confident will be enjoyed for many years to come.

We would absolutely and without hesitation recommend Frederick Landscaping to anyone in need of landscaping services. We also want to send our sincere appreciation for helping us turn our ideas into reality.

Hi Jacob, Beth and I would like to thank you and your excellent crew for how you maintained our yard this summer. It has never looked so good and we have Neighbors telling us that all the time.
