A true wanderer, I’ve spent the last 20+ years in search of small family coffee farms. Particular about the beans I bring back to the US, I ensure they are carefully grown, harvested, dried & shipped. Once the beans arrive back home at Dublin, I use a Sivetz Air Roaster…surrounding them with a cyclone of hot air rather than a direct flame on the beans. Not only is this better for the environment but it’s better for taste, making our coffee second to none. Dublin Roasters is a small business, roasting in small batches but we’ve got a BIG heart for coffee, our customers & our community. On any given day, we host book clubs, moms groups, stitch and bitch sessions, telecommuting folks using the Wi-Fi, people interviewing for jobs, real estate deals, green home developers planning neighborhoods, old friends, and new friends! We simply haven’t had two days that are the same since we opened!
