The 5 Pillars of Total Well-Being Lunch Series will cover each of these elements in greater depth and leave you with helpful ideas and resources to take back to your workplace. Purpose/Career Well-Being - involves liking what you do every day and is strongly linked to employee engagement and organizational culture. Social Well-Being - is demonstrated by having strong connected relationships in your life. Financial Well-Being - is effectively managing your economic life. Physical Well-Being - encompasses physical health but also includes mental health and energy to do the things that are important to you. Community Well-Being - includes feeling a connection to the community where you live.
