After working for CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield for nine years, Catherine founded a successful employee benefits consulting company and worked with many employers in designing insurance and wellness plans. Having been a business owner and employer, she understands that having healthy employees contributes to a healthier bottom line. She is now able to pursue her passion to promote health and well-being in the community.
