  • Last week, Goodwill team members celebrated Spirit Week, which culminated in our quarterly “Cookie Visit,” an event where Goodwill leadership shares the latest updates to the organization. In addition to connecting with leaders, our team members dressed up according to different themes each day (such as twin day!) and competed in a foam finger decoration contest. We’re excited to kick off this year feeling energized and ready to end poverty through the power of work! #Goodwill #SpiritWeek #LifeAtGoodwillMV

  • Goodwill is thrilled to welcome Paige Galloway as our new Manager for Mission Advancement! Paige is bringing her vast experience in human services and an immense passion for helping her community to our growing team. “I love my job because I love my community. Growing up as a Frederick native, I strive to pour into the community that poured into me. I joined the Goodwill Team because I value their vision to end poverty through the power of work. I grew up in a single-parent household and am now a single parent myself. While our community has many strengths, there are deficits and those deficits have impacted my family. Goodwill provides the tools and the resources to create change and I want to be a part of that!”
