The Woman to Woman Mentoring Program (offered in partnership with Frederick Community College)offers local women ages 18-35 the opportunity for a unique relationship with a mentor who is able to provide general support, guidance, and encouragement during a year-long cycle of pairing. During the cycle, the mentoring pairs work together to define goals and plans, overcome obstacles and achieve personal and professional success. "Clutch the Future" is the main sustaining fundraiser for the "Woman to Woman Mentoring Program" currently operating in conjunction with Frederick Community College. Featuring hundreds of new and gently used designer purses, the event features value-packed silent auction lots as well as several choice live auction lots with high-end packages, including vacations and event tickets.
