A licensed consultant, coach and trainer, Michelle helps nonprofits, government agencies, and individuals develop the skills, knowledge and resources to achieve their missions. She is licensed to offer consulting services for the Standards for Excellence® program and has the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to work with nonprofits across the country interested in learning about and implementing the Standards for Excellence code. A graduate of the Honors Program at Coppin State University where she earned a BS in Management Science with a minor in Marketing, Michelle is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Maryland Nonprofits. She is also an Associate Consultant for Maryland Nonprofits. Before starting The Word Woman LLC, Michelle spent her entire professional career in the nonprofit sector and brings her practical experience to each client engagement. *There is a $50 surcharge for an in-person session.
