I provide virtual psychotherapy to adults living in Maryland or Michigan. EMDR is my most commonly used intervention (along with IFS, CBT, DBT, and MI). My therapy approach focuses on getting at the root of the problem to see what’s causing it. What you can expect from doing therapy with me is: 1) Identifying and challenging negative false beliefs you have about yourself and others; 2) Engaging the body with interventions like EMDR; 3) Learning coping strategies to deal with life’s stressors.
