At SHIFTurn Collective, we integrate with existing programming to foster a sense of community and growth. By creating a collective space, we ignite transformation for emerging adults (ages 18-25) who live in Frederick County, Maryland, and we encourage them to develop life skills, embrace potential, and confidently step into the workforce.
