City Youth Matrix exists to provide youth opportunities to flourish through enrichment programs. We provide funding, transportation and equipment for Frederick youth to participate in art, music, athletic, vocational and mentoring programs. We also help support parents to be actively involved in the process through our Family Empowerment Platform.
