Nonprofit employment office serving people with barriers to employment. We prepare jobseekers for interviews, construct resumes, assist with applications, and match jobseekers to employers for interviews. After hire, we seek to optimize employment through workshops and career counseling. We provide employers with pre-screened, qualified, well-prepared applicants who demonstrate their reliability to us through a week-long training program. We do not charge jobseekers or employers. We provide opportunities for volunteers to develop relationships with people with experiences that may differ markedly from their own, and to do something that really matters.
