Presented by the Frederick Nonprofit Alliance, the 3rd Annual Touching Lives in Frederick County Awards breakfast is a feel good event that recognizes nonprofit organization's staff members who demonstrate exceptional involvement and commitment to positively affecting the lives of others in our community. NOMINATIONS All Frederick County nonprofit organizations were invited to submit the name of one (1) individual from their staff who demonstrates exceptional dedication to helping others.
