WHO WE ARE: GTM Architects, Inc. is a full service, award winning firm offering services in planning, architecture and design. Established in 1989, we have grown and diversified over the years while maintaining our primary objective – our commitment to excellence in both service and design. With offices in both Bethesda, MD & Washington, DC, GTM serves clients in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and in twenty states nationwide. With over sixty employees, GTM offers a depth of design expertise in single family and multifamily residential, commercial interiors, retail/restaurant, mixed-use, and recreational projects. We are guided by a design philosophy that emphasizes client relations and values good design. GTM is dedicated to enhancing the environment through sustainable design strategies, with a large number of our design professionals accredited through the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED accreditation program. GTM designers work in a collaborative studio environment, which encourages proactive communication amongst all members of the design team, and enables our staff to cultivate the expertise required to most effectively serve the needs of our clients.
