DUTIES • Directly contributes to and supports sales goals of the agency to meet long and short-term growth. Experience Required:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION • Active Property & Casualty license. Life & Health a PLUS. – Ability to obtain quickly considered • Bilingual a plus but not a must • Previous sales and customer service experience • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude • Self-starter with a sense of urgency • Create relationships from a cold start • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize • STRONG Attention to Detail • Follow through and exceed client expectations • Problem-Solving Capabilities • Excellent computer skills
