Crazy Running offers fun running, track and field and conditioning programs for athletes of all ages, starting at 3! Challenging exercise is made fun and age-appropriate. We Play Crazy, Run Hard! Our one-hour programs are typically one or two days a week for 8 weeks. Athletes can train with us year-round through various conditioning and speed & agility programs: Winter Conditioning, Spring Training, Youth Summer Speedsters and Track & Field, Adult Summer Strength & Speed, Fall Training, Family Training, Team Building & Special Events, and Personal Training. While offerings may vary by location, the fun and fitness stay the same! Our goal is to positively impact the health and future of our communities through running.
