Join us for a momentous occasion as we celebrate the grand opening of the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce's new location on the first floor of the ROOT Building! This special event will combine our yearly membership meeting with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony. We are excited to showcase our new space and share our vision for the future with our valued members and the local community.
10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon: Open House
Explore the Chamber office and see firsthand the number of member spaces available to you for both drop in and rental. Enjoy guided tours, meet the Chamber staff and board, and network with fellow members.
12:00 Noon - 12:30 PM: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Our very own ribbon cutting will take place at noon. We’ll have some special presentations during the ceremony and then will bring out the big golden scissors! We would love to have as many members as possible with us in the official photo.
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Membership Meeting
In addition to hearing from the Chamber’s President & CEO, staff, and board members, members will get an inside look at our initiatives, upcoming events, opportunities to get involved, and our priorities for the coming year. **Pre-Registration is required for the Membership Meeting to accommodate seating capacity.
