Your Wellness Culture Club (WCC) ticket grants you full access to the gym and sauna, so whether you want to dance, recharge, or hit the gym, we’ve got you covered.
We’re bringing in three DJs to spin the best house music, plus local wellness vendors offering services, food, and drinks. Stay up-to-date on the DJ lineup and vendors through our Instagram @squadstyle.cowork and in our email newsletters: worknwellness.com/newsletter.
At each WCC event, you’ll have the chance to take part in a self-guided wellness reflection, where you can explore your current well-being across all aspects of health. This reflection helps you gain awareness of where you are today and identify areas to focus on moving forward - empowering you to prioritize your health and personal growth.
Connect & meet local resources! During the event, you can sign up for various wellness services. Simply reserve your time slot when you arrive and pay the wellness vendors directly.
What to Bring:

Sauna bag (details below)

A friend (have them register)

Snacks/Drinks (BYOB / BYO-Anything)
Note: this is an adult only event (21+)
Pack Your Sauna Bag:

A cotton towel wrap (To wear in the sauna. No clothes or swimwear allowed.)

Loose clothing for after your sauna session

1-2 towels to sit on in the sauna (Your back, bum, & feet must be on a towel)

Slippers (for walking between sauna rounds)
Note: Clothes, food, drinks, and phones are not allowed in the sauna.
