Promoting a Resilient Workforce
Over 20% of the American population will struggle with their mental health in any given year. These struggles translate into decreased productivity and participation within the workforce, making mental health and wellbeing a significant concern for businesses to address. Workforce development has always been a focus for employers, but often the promotion of mental wellness is lacking. This Lunch and Learn program is designed to help employers understand the importance of mental wellness and promoting strategies of resiliency within their workforce development programming.
