AI is already reshaping how we work, plan, and connect, but most veterans have never been shown how to put it to work for their own lives and businesses. In this workshop, veterans will learn how to use AI to support their mental health, reduce stress, and make clearer decisions in everyday life. Bring your phone and be ready to download a few apps. This is a hands-on training class.
