The Business Equity Coalition invites participants to this Lunch & Learn session focused on equipping small business owners with the knowledge and tools necessary to successfully navigate this transition. Through a moderated panel discussion featuring professionals in commercial real estate, law, and finance, attendees will gain practical, real-world insights into securing and negotiating a commercial lease, identifying the right location, and building a trusted advisory team.
This session is designed to demystify the process, reduce risk, and expand equitable access to brick-and-mortar opportunities within our business community.
