On behalf of On Our Own of Frederick County, Inc. a non-profit 501(c)3 Wellness and Recovery Center, we invite you to support the 7th Annual On Our Own of Frederick County Golf Tournament on Monday, June 15th, at Worthington Manor Golf Club in Urbana, Maryland.
Our mission is to provide peer support, advocacy, and essential resources for those facing mental health and substance use challenges. We believe that with the right support, recovery is possible for everyone.
We invite you to partner with us as a sponsor or donor for this important event. Your contribution will directly support our peer-led recovery programs, wellness workshops, and outreach initiatives, ensuring that individuals in our community have access to the support they need. Opportunities for sponsorship include:
- Platinum $5,000 12 registrations/3 teams (12 players) – can be used as a scholarship for Peers to Play Prominent Banner at Registration Prominent logo signage at 9 different Tee Boxes, Putting Green, and Driving Range Acknowledgement on event marketing material
- Champion $2,500 8 registrations/2 teams (8 players) – can be used as a scholarship for Peers to Play Banner at Registration Prominent logo signage at 9 different Tee Boxes, Putting Green and Driving Range Acknowledgement on event marketing material
- Advocate $1,500 4 registrations/1 team (4 players) Logo signage at 9 different Tee Boxes Acknowledgement on event marketing material
- Beverage Cart $500 (2 available) Logo signage on 1 Beverage cart for the event Acknowledgement on event marketing material

- Practice Area $175 Signage at the putting green or driving range (logo and/or message)
- Tee Sponsor $125 Signage at a golf tee (logo and/or message)
