*This event is for non-profit leaders only*
You shared your feedback, and we listened. Nonprofit leaders have expressed a need for more opportunities to support and develop their employees while creating a space where ideas, challenges, and experiences can be openly shared. This Collaboration Lab is designed with that need in mind.
Join the Frederick County Chamber of Commerce’s Nonprofit Alliance and Currens & Associates for an interactive Collaboration Lab focused on building peer learning circles within our nonprofit community.
This session will bring nonprofit leaders together to explore shared challenges, exchange ideas and experiences, and learn from one another in a collaborative and supportive environment. Rather than a traditional presentation, attendees will be part of the conversation, connecting with peers who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of nonprofit work while helping us finalize plans for a peer learning program designed to meet the needs of our nonprofit community.
Prior to the forum, please take a few minutes to complete our brief survey. Your feedback will help us shape the discussion around your needs, priorities, and the topics that would be most valuable to you and your team.
Come ready to share, learn, connect, and help us create an ongoing peer-learning experience that supports both your employees and the greater Frederick County nonprofit employees.
