DOPI—Digital Optimization and Process Improvement, LLC—is a Microsoft Partner and consulting and venture studio serving local governments. We improve governance, compliance, and operational workflows through Six Sigma–driven process improvement, digital optimization, and responsible AI-powered transformation. Our consulting work is delivered through two lines: DC (Data Classification) and RPD (Risk & Process Development). DC focuses on building data governance and classification strategies that protect sensitive information and support privacy, security, and efficient operations—often using Microsoft 365. RPD focuses on reducing operational risk and improving performance through workflow assessment, redesign, governance documentation, and training that helps teams implement change sustainably. Our venture studio builds on these insights by designing and validating technology solutions that address the community challenges we see through our work—turning practical lessons from the field into scalable digital products with real-world impact.
